1. Who we are
This website is operated by Innova Digital Trade MCHJ, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We are the owner and operator of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
We collect only the data we need:
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), the service you're interested in and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, links you provide, your CV and any other information you include.
- Emails and other correspondence you send us.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it and on what basis

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, as amended, and other applicable legislation.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as necessary:
- Website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc. (United States).
- Email: our business email provider.
- Partners involved in delivering a service you ordered, such as carriers or customs brokers, where needed to fulfil your order.
- State bodies, where we are required to by law.
These providers may process data outside Uzbekistan. Where this happens, we do so in accordance with the requirements of Uzbek law on cross-border processing and take measures to protect the data.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Contract and accounting records: for the periods required by Uzbek law.
- Job applications: up to 1 year, or longer if you agree, so we can contact you about future roles.
- Technical data: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out whether we process your personal data and receive information about it;
- ask us to correct, update or complete it;
- ask us to delete it or stop processing it, where there are no legal grounds for us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- complain to the authorised state body for personal data protection in Uzbekistan.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive data such as passport scans unless we ask for them for a specific purpose.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and organisations. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
