Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We work with companies and organisations of different sizes, from a single order or a small digital project to long-term cooperation.
Can we use just one of your services?
Yes. Every service is available on its own. Combining them is optional.
Which languages do you work in?
Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish.
How do we start?
Send us a message describing what you need. We'll reply with questions or a first proposal.
Trade and logistics
Can you import from a supplier we've already found?
Yes. If you already have a supplier, we can take over purchasing, transport, customs and delivery. If you don't, we can find one for you.
How do goods reach Uzbekistan?
Uzbekistan has no access to the sea, so goods arrive overland by rail and road. We choose the route based on where the goods come from, what they are and how quickly you need them.
How long does an import take?
It depends on the country, the type of goods and the customs requirements. We give you an estimated timeline before you place the order and keep you updated along the way.
Which countries do you work with?
Our main trading countries are Türkiye, Russia and China, with delivery across Uzbekistan.
Can you tell us the total cost before we order?
Yes. We estimate the landed cost, including freight, duties, VAT and fees, before you commit.
IT and digital
Can you set up the equipment you import?
Yes. That's one of the advantages of working with one company for both: we can deliver computers, servers or network equipment and set up the software and systems on them.
Do you support digital projects after launch?
Yes. We provide technical support after launch, including fixes, updates and changes as your needs grow.
Who owns the software you build?
You do, once the project is paid for, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
